05Orders & Purchase

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if the product is out of stock, there is a pricing error, we are unable to verify your age or identity, or the order appears fraudulent.

5.2 Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation by email once your order has been accepted. This confirmation constitutes our acceptance and forms a binding contract between you and DCL Group.

5.3 Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the products are unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging. To exercise this right, contact us at contact@maatdrinks.com. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been opened or partially consumed.

06Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Euros (€) and are inclusive of applicable French VAT, unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. 07Shipping & Delivery

MA’AT Drinks currently ships within France and selected European countries. Delivery to countries where the importation of alcoholic beverages is restricted or prohibited is not available.

7.2 Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are indicative only. MA’AT is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control.

7.3 Age Verification at Delivery

Delivery of alcoholic products will only be made to adults of legal drinking age. Carriers may request proof of age upon delivery. If the recipient cannot be verified as an adult, the delivery will not be completed and the order will be returned.

7.4 Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@maatdrinks.com with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

08Returns & Refunds

• Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of receipt, in their original packaging, at your cost
• We do not accept returns of opened or partially consumed products for hygiene and legal reasons
• Refunds are processed within 14 working days of receiving the returned product, using the original payment method
• In the event of a defective or incorrectly shipped product, return shipping costs will be covered by MA’AT

10Responsible Marketing & Loi Évin
